Puppy Temperament Testing Results 🐾

Ollie — Brown Collar

Ollie is a curious, playful little guy who is very people-focused. He enjoyed exploring and playing with his toys and showed nice confidence throughout his temperament testing. The umbrella startled him for just a moment, but he recovered quickly and was not fearful.

Charlie — Red Collar

Charlie is curious, self-confident, playful, and absolutely delightful! He approached the testing with a happy, wagging tail and showed a nice balance of independence and interest in people. He was completely unfazed by the umbrella and confidently explored his surroundings.

Millie — Blue Collar

Millie is gentle, sweet, calm, and easygoing. She is very attentive to sounds and especially people-focused, with a lower energy level and a thoughtful approach to new experiences. She showed medium confidence with high human focus, making her a very affectionate and attentive little puppy.

Birdie — Purple Collar

Birdie is confident, curious, and bold with a medium energy level. She showed an independent nature during testing and was comfortable exploring and taking in her surroundings on her own.

Poppy — Pink Collar

Poppy is fun, confident, curious, and full of personality! She has a higher energy level and absolutely loved exploring all of the toys. She showed no fear of the umbrella, enjoys belly rubs, and has a wonderful ability to settle and calm down quickly after excitement.

Daisy — White Collar

Daisy is an energetic, extremely playful, and curious little girl! She enthusiastically explored her surroundings and showed no fear of the umbrella. She has medium human focus and especially enjoyed interacting with the stuffed puppy during her temperament testing.

Temperament testing gives us a wonderful snapshot of each puppy’s personality at this stage of development. Puppies will continue to grow and change as they mature, but these observations can help their forever families understand some of their natural tendencies as they begin their lives together. 🤎
